Since our funding is asset based the first step will be gathering some information about your real estate deal and prior real estate investing experience. After the deal analysis is completed we can provide a loan estimate. Just give us a call!

Ready to move forward? We will email a loan application package and begin preparing for underwriting. Providing the supporting documents in a timely manner will help speed up the process.

After the loan application package is completed with supporting documentation, it is submitted to a loan processor for underwriting. An appraisal and title search are conducted as part of the underwriting process.

Prior to closing you will receive a Closing Disclosure from your lender. It includes the loan terms, your projected monthly payments and your final costs. At closing, you will sign the final paperwork and get the keys to your new investment property.
